Job Description:
- Ability to meet targets

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Resolve complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Process orders, refunds, and returns in line with company policy.
- Maintain updated customer records and track interactions using CRM tools.
- Ensure customer follow-up and feedback collection.
- Establish sales and indoor marketing with customer insights.
- Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong product presentation and client engagement skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems, email etiquette, and digital sales tools.
- Strong collaboration mindset with internal teams.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable under pressure
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service, sales, or marketing role.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals consistently.
