Job Description:
We are looking for a Creative Content Partner to act as our primary "Street Intelligence" lead for TikTok and Instagram. In the attention economy, success isn't defined by high production budgets, but by "Thumb-Stopping Hooks", the ability to find a viral story on a Danfo bus, a busy market, or a university campus. This is not a job for a writer or a manager; it is a partnership for a "Viral Architect" who understands that the best content happens in the first 3 seconds of an interaction.
Your mission is to ensure "High-Retention Engagement and Rapid Handle Growth." You will be the creative engine behind our street interviews: responsible for conceptualizing fresh formats, engaging strangers with charisma, and identifying trends before they peak. If you have a genuine love for people, the "nerve" to approach a crowd, and an eye for what makes people stop scrolling, we will fund your vision.
Requirements:
1. Content Ideation & Visual Hooks
Format Innovation: Develop "Fresh-to-Market" interview formats that go beyond standard Q&As to create genuine conversation and controversy.
Trend Hijacking: Observe real-time social media shifts and adapt them to local Nigerian street contexts (Markets, Concerts, Schools).
Environment Scanning: Identify high-energy locations where diverse "characters" and stories naturally congregate.
2. Human Connection & On-Camera Charisma
Stranger Diplomacy: Master the art of the "30-Second Open"—making complete strangers feel comfortable enough to share their unfiltered thoughts on camera.
Versatile Execution: Operate effectively whether you are the face of the brand (On-camera) or the director guiding the interaction (Behind-the-lens).
Authenticity Focus: Prioritize real, raw, and relatable moments over scripted or "staged" content.
3. Growth Architecture & Strategy
Engagement Engineering: Create content specifically designed to spark "Comment Section Wars" and high shareability.
Retention Editing: Collaborate on (or direct) the editing style to ensure every second of the video serves a purpose in keeping the viewer watching.
Handle Scalability: Use your creative output to directly increase follower counts and brand authority on TikTok and Instagram.
