Job Description:

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer / Content Generator to produce high-quality content for client websites and RankReform’s internal projects.
• You will write SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, service pages, and website content that helps businesses rank on Google, attract leads, and increase conversions.
• This role is ideal for someone who can research fast, write clearly, follow instructions, and consistently deliver content that matches a brand’s tone and SEO goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Write SEO-optimized blog posts, website pages, landing pages, and service pages.
• Research topics, keywords, and competitors to create content that ranks and converts.
• Create content outlines and follow existing content briefs/structures.
• Optimize content for on-page SEO (headings, internal linking, metadata suggestions, readability).
• Rewrite, edit, and improve existing content to meet quality and SEO standards.
• Use AI writing tools responsibly (when needed) and ensure final content is original, human-sounding, and accurate.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to align content with campaign goals and publishing schedules.
• Maintain consistency in tone, formatting, and brand voice across different clients/projects.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of SEO content writing (keywords, headings, search intent).
• Ability to research and write on different topics (business, services, local SEO, etc.).
• Ability to meet deadlines and write consistently (speed + quality).
• Good communication skills and willingness to accept feedback/revisions.
• Familiarity with Google Docs/WordPress is an advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong writing skills in English (grammar, clarity, structure).

Nice to Have:

• Experience writing for SEO agencies or client websites.
• Knowledge of content tools like SurferSEO, Frase, Grammarly, or similar.
• Ability to write in different tones (professional, friendly, persuasive, technical).
• Portfolio of published work or writing samples.
