Job Description:
- As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing original content across websites, social media platforms, newsletters, blogs, articles, and marketing materials in line with the needs of the company and its subsidiaries.
- This role involves creating content in multiple formats, including written, visual, and video-based materials, to support brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content across multiple platforms, including blogs, websites, and social media channels.
- Conduct research on content trends, consumer behavior, and market insights to ensure relevance and audience appeal.
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with target audiences and marketing objectives.
- Plan, manage, and maintain content and editorial calendars to ensure consistency across all platforms and subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and writing teams to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
- Stay up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and developments within the travel industry.
- Develop content plans and calendars to guide communication strategies across all subsidiaries.
- Generate creative ideas and innovative content concepts to attract and retain audience attention.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using engagement metrics and benchmarks to inform future content strategies.
- Work closely with design teams to take content from concept through to final execution.
- Create compelling visual content, including photos and videos, that showcases travel experiences, services, and destinations.
- Support brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the marketing team on content ideation.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, across any subsidiary or project.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and accurately.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Experience using AI-powered content creation tools.
- Strong research skills, including data gathering and analysis.
- A portfolio of published or completed work demonstrating content development expertise.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or a similar role.
