Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Client Success & Growth Manager to anchor the revenue engine of our high-value portfolio. In a specialized commercial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the conversion and the precision of the client experience success is defined by "Relationship Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize bespoke engagement with the clinical precision required for Upselling, Cross-Selling, and AUM/Revenue Expansion. This role is designed for a "Value Architect", specifically a professional who can blend "Commercial Grit" (owning and achieving aggressive monthly revenue targets) with the "Strategic Agility" required to oversee the end-to-end client journey from onboarding to post-service loyalty.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Relationship Governance
Sovereignty of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Premium Experience."
Engagement Architecture: Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent, strategic follow-ups, providing the "Structural Foundation" for multi-year loyalty.
Proactive Stewardship: Anticipate client needs before they are voiced, ensuring the "Source of Client Solutions" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Revenue Logic
Expansion Sovereignty: Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing networks, acting as the primary "Source of Upselling and Cross-Selling."
Pipeline Architecture: Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and high-value prospects, providing the "Functional Foundation" for hitting quarterly revenue targets.
Retention Stewardship: Achieve defined repeat-business targets by delivering exceptional service, maintaining the "Source of Portfolio Stability."
3. Operational Integrity & Experience Power
Journey Sovereignty: Oversee the end-to-end client journey, acting as the primary "Source of Service Excellence."
Insight Architecture: Monitor client feedback and provide data-driven insights to internal teams, providing the "Relational Foundation" for improving service offerings.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Conversion Rate and Performance Analytics to accelerate the "Lead-to-Paying-Client" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Revenue Throughput."
