Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite NYSC Corp Member to anchor the engagement engine of our Lekki-based team as a Customer Relation Officer (Intern). In a specialized service landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the resolution and the precision of the client interaction success is defined by "Relationship Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize client inquiries with the clinical precision required for Service Excellence, Feedback Management, and Brand Loyalty. This role is designed for an "Engagement Architect", specifically a proactive Corp Member with at least 10 months of service remaining who can blend "Relational Grit" (handling diverse client needs) with the "Operational Agility" required to support the team’s growth in the Lekki axis.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Engagement Governance
Interaction Sovereignty: Manage client inquiries and requests with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of First-Impression Excellence."
Communication Architecture: Screen and direct incoming messages and calls, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless client-to-business connectivity.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback, ensuring the "Source of Relationship Data" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Service Logic
Resolution Sovereignty: Address client concerns and provide timely solutions, acting as the primary "Source of Problem Mitigation."
Support Architecture: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service promises are met, providing the "Functional Foundation" for client trust.
Feedback Stewardship: Assist in collecting and analyzing client satisfaction data, maintaining the "Source of Service Improvement."
3. Operational Integrity & Professional Power
Brand Sovereignty: Represent the company’s values in every interaction, acting as the primary "Source of Professional Identity."
Efficiency Architecture: Support daily administrative tasks related to customer relations, providing the "Relational Foundation" for office productivity.
Velocity Logic: Utilize your NYSC service window to accelerate your "Learning-to-Contribution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Status: Currently serving NYSC Corp Member with at least 10 months remaining in the service year.
Education: Open to graduates of any discipline with a strong interest in customer relations.
Location: Must live in close proximity to Lekki, Lagos.
Stipend: ₦70,000 per month.
