We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are hiring a highly disciplined and physically imposing Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead and coordinate security operations across our organization.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong personality, commanding authority, and an exceptional ability to verify information and maintain high-level security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective security strategies and protocols.
• Lead and supervise security personnel across all locations.
• Conduct background verification and gather intelligence to prevent security breaches.
• Monitor and analyze security threats and provide actionable reports.
• Enforce discipline, order, and safety compliance among staff and visitors.
• Liaise with military, paramilitary, police, and other security agencies.
• Manage emergency response and crisis situations calmly and decisively.

Requirements:

• Background in military, paramilitary, secret service, or high-level security operations REQUIRED.
• 3–10 years leadership experience in security management.
• Strong investigative and verification skills.
• Commanding physical presence; height above 2 meters is a strong advantage.
• Physically fit with high stamina and situational awareness.
• Excellent leadership, observation, and decision-making skills.
• Must be firm, disciplined, and highly confidential.
• Relevant security certifications are an added advantage.
• The ideal candidate muste be a man.
