Global HR Always is an HR Support firm carrying out HR functions for and on behalf of our clients. We are recruiting for our client, a major importer and distributorof frozen fish in West Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement strategic security protocols and procedures.
• Provide strategic vision and direction in security aspects of the organization.
• Develop and initiate procedures to protect the company’s fixed assets.
• Initiate safety measures to protect the lives and properties of the company.
• To attend to fire incidents and other calamity incidents in the company.
• Liaise with external security agencies on behalf of the company.
• Ensure that security operations are optimally carried out.
• Supervise other security officers. Etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum Educational Qualification: Minimum of BSc./HND in any degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of previous experience as a CSO.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience as Security officer, Retired police or military officer.
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
• Good oral and written communication.
