Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Cashier to anchor the revenue engine of our retail operations. In a specialized commercial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the checkout and the precision of the reconciliation success is defined by "Transactional Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multi-channel payments (Cash, Cheque, POS, Credit/Debit) with the clinical precision required for Invoice Generation, Accuracy Audits, and Return Management. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect", specifically a professional with a minimum OND qualification and 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Mathematical Grit" (ensuring all prices and quantities are millimetric) with the "Operational Agility" required to manage electronic equipment such as scanners and money counters.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Payment Governance

• Payment Sovereignty: Process transactions via Cash, Cheque, POS, and Cards with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Capture."

• Accuracy Architecture: Ensure every price, quantity, and receipt is 100% accurate, providing the "Structural Foundation" for inventory and fiscal integrity.

• Integrity Stewardship: Prepare and raise professional invoices, ensuring the "Source of Transactional Record" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Service Logic

• Process Sovereignty: Follow all company protocols accurately and efficiently, acting as the primary "Source of Standardized Operations."

• Exchange Architecture: Process returns and exchanges with professional poise, providing the "Functional Foundation" for customer retention and trust.

• Environment Stewardship: Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area, maintaining the "Source of Brand Presentation."

3. Operational Integrity & Technical Power

• POS Sovereignty: Accurately operate the POS system and electronic equipment, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Throughput."

• Mathematical Architecture: Utilize strong calculation and sales skills to minimize errors, providing the "Relational Foundation" for customer satisfaction.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 1–3 years of retail expertise to accelerate the "Scan-to-Payment" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Checkout Volume."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum OND qualification.

• Experience: 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience in retail (preferred but not essential).

• Technical Power: Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with Cash Registers, Scanners, and Money Counters.

• Skills: Strong mathematical, communication, and time management skills.
