Job Description:
Business Management Functions
Propose, execute, and manage business plans and strategies to achieve management’s set objectives.
Optimize the use of resources (human resources, marketing, assets, customers, and operations) to maximize productivity.
Provide effective leadership and decision-making that ensures continuous business growth.
Set, monitor, and maintain productivity standards in line with or above company policies.
Conduct periodic performance evaluations and implement improvements where necessary.
Enhance and sustain the brand’s reputation, with a focus on HiiT Lekki Branch.
Marketing Management Functions
Drive the branch’s marketing and sales goals to achieve set revenue targets.
Oversee lead generation and conversion processes to maximize client acquisition and retention.
Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to boost brand visibility and market presence.
Research, analyze, and identify emerging market trends, opportunities, and threats to remain competitive.
Requirements:
Strong Business Management Skills with proven leadership experience.
Must be ICT and Social Media Savvy, leveraging digital platforms for growth.
Excellent Digital Marketing and negotiation skills to drive sales and partnerships.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Zoom, and Zoho CRM (intermediate level or above).
Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of integrity, work ethics, and professionalism.
Creativity, innovation, and a strong drive for excellence.
Not older than 35years
Qualifications and Skills:
First Degree in any field (minimum of Second Class Lower).
First Degree or MBA with specialization in Marketing is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in Business Management within a corporate environment.
Experience in Marketing and Customer Relations Management is desirable.
Generic understanding of the Nigerian ICT Education Sector is an added advantage.
