BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR AT EKRIS BIO HEALTH FOODS NIGERIA LIMITED | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT JOBS IN NIGERIA

Nigeria | Posted on 24/03/2026

About Company:

Ekris Bio Health Foods Nigeria Limited - We are an innovative, indigenous food manufacturing and packaging company proudly rooted in Nigeria. Our mission is to bridge the gap between Nigeria’s rich and diverse indigenous soups and the often substandard quality of existing swallow products in the market. We believe that our swallows should serve as the perfect complement, indeed a rallying point for our traditional soups, enhancing both taste and nutritional value. Beyond swallows, we are committed to showcasing the versatility of healthy flour-based products to Nigerians and the wider African market. Our product development strategy focuses on unlocking a broad spectrum of applications for our nutritious flour blends across multiple food categories.

Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and results-driven Business Development Supervisors to anchor our expansion engine in Edo, Ibadan, and Port Harcourt. • Opportunity Architecture: Identify and develop high-value business opportunities across retail, wholesale, and institutional tiers, maintaining a "Source of Competitive Advantage."

  • Strategic Execution: Implement sales strategies with clinical focus to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, ensuring the "Economic Velocity" of the expansion drive.

2. Field Resilience & Operational Logic

  • Supervisory Sovereignty: Coordinate field marketers and sales agents with professional poise, acting as the centralized "Source of Leadership" and performance feedback.

  • Territory Architecture: Engineer effective route planning and territory coverage models to ensure "Zero-Friction" in product distribution and team productivity.

  • Performance Stewardship: Monitor team KPIs with millimetric precision, enforcing daily targets and providing the "Technical Coaching" necessary for team success.

3. Relationship Diplomacy & Performance Power

  • Account Sovereignty: Build and maintain high-fidelity relationships with distributors and key retailers, ensuring the brand remains the "Source of Choice" for partners.

  • Analytical Architecture: Prepare and submit high-impact daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for regional performance insights.

  • Resolution Logic: Address and resolve escalated client issues with clinical speed, ensuring high levels of "Customer Retention" and brand satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of robust experience in FMCG sales or business development.

  • Market Intelligence: Proven track record in team supervision and deep knowledge of the Edo, Ibadan, or Port Harcourt distribution channels.

Core Competencies

  • Commercial Grit: Strong sales acumen and the ability to work independently to manage multiple priorities.

  • Leadership Sovereignty: Elite negotiation and communication skills for managing cross-functional field teams.
