Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers with overdue loan payments via calls, emails or SMS to ensure timely recovery 
• Deliver top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. 
• Professionally negotiate repayment plans. 
• Meet communicated recovery targets 
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery status. 

Requirements:

What we’re looking for:

• Fresh graduates (NYSC completed)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Confident phone etiquette & professionalism.
• Organized, motivated, and goal-driven.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
