Job Description:

  • As Lead, Business Development Professional, you will be the driving force behind our client's commercial expansion strategy. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll lead revenue generation efforts, build strategic partnerships, and scale a high-performing business development function across a diverse portfolio of services.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value business opportunities across the group's diverse service verticals
  • Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, partnerships, and enterprise accounts

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development team
  • Establish clear performance metrics, accountability frameworks, and professional development pathways
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Relationship & Partnership Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain C-suite relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

Cross-functional Collaboration:

What You Bring
Required Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven success in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in B2B, technology, or multi-service environments
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious revenue targets
  • Leadership experience managing, coaching, and scaling teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification
  • Experience within conglomerates, startups, or fast-scaling organizations
  • Industry knowledge in finance, technology, real estate, agriculture, or energy sectors
