Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and multifaceted Business Development Executive to drive growth across our portfolio ventures, impact projects, and hub services. This role is a unique blend of venture building, strategic sales, and high-level client interfacing. You will be responsible for scaling startups and tech-enabled MSMEs, writing winning proposals, and selling our specialized consulting and workspace solutions to a rapidly expanding community.
Requirements:
Venture Support: Provide strategic and operational guidance to portfolio ventures to help them scale and hit critical milestones.
Advisory & Mentorship: Act as a consultant for startups within our ecosystem, offering business advice and connecting them to vital resources.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights that inform our growth strategies.
Proposal Engineering: Draft compelling concept notes, grant applications, and high-impact proposals that articulate our value proposition clearly.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Sales Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue for hub services, including training programs and consulting, while consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Partnership Building: Identify, negotiate, and finalize strategic partnerships that expand our market reach and enhance our service offerings.
Reporting & CRM: Maintain meticulous records of deals and client interactions using CRM tools to provide data-driven reports to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: 3–6 years of proven success in Business Development, Sales, or Growth roles—with a documented track record of closing deals.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of marketing funnels, CRM tools (preferably Zoho), and Ads Management (Meta, Google, and LinkedIn).
Content & Creative Skills: Excellent storytelling and copywriting abilities with experience leading small creative teams and managing content pipelines.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to optimize campaigns based on data and translate market trends into actionable business initiatives.
Core Traits: High curiosity, an entrepreneurial mindset, and experience in coordinating community events or digital engagement.
