Job Description:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the company’s market presence, and identifying new business opportunities.
- The role involves strategic planning, client acquisition, partnership development, and overseeing sales performance to ensure the company meets its business growth objective.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategi business development plans to achieve targets.
- Identify new markets, client segment and investments opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitors analysis to inform business decisions.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
- Lead negotiations and close high value deals.
- Provide professional advisory services to clients on property investments.
- Work closely with the sales team to design and execute campaigns that drive leads.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow up on clients transactions
- Support branding initiatives to enhance company visibility.
- Analyze data to guide strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related fields
- MBA or a professional certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 - 8 years' experience in business development or sales (preferably in real estate)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
