We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to support the growth and expansion efforts of the company by identifying opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and assisting in the execution of business strategies. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is eager to learn the fintech industry and contribute to the company’s mission of delivering innovative financial solutions.
Job Description:
- Assist in identifying, researching, and pursuing new business opportunities within the fintech ecosystem
- Support the team in preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with leads, prospects, and client interactions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to nurture relationships and move deals forward.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align business development efforts.
- Track, monitor, and report on business development activities and performance metrics.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm to learn about fintech products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- A desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (experience in fintech is an added advantage).
