Job Description:
Key area of Responsibilities includes but are not limited to the following:
- Brand Strategy Development: Contribute to the formulation of comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's vision, mission, and target market. This involves conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and areas for brand improvement.
- Brand Identity Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's visual identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
- Marketing Campaigns and Collateral: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's key messages and unique selling propositions. Supervise the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, digital ads, and social media content.
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute brand-related events, such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities. Ensure that these events align with the brand's positioning and objectives.
- Consumer Insights: Stay informed about consumer trends, preferences, and feedback related to the brand and its products/services. Use this information to make data-driven decisions and adapt brand strategies accordingly.
- Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the brand marketing budget, ensuring costeffectiveness and maximizing ROI for brand-related activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum Experience: (typically 1 - 2 years) in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
Job Specific Skills:
- Brand Strategy and Management: Proficiency in formulating and executing brand strategies to establish a strong brand identity and achieve organizational objectives.
- Ability to monitor and maintain brand consistency across various marketing channels and communication materials
