Job Description:

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed goals.
• Identify new business opportunities (corporate, retail, distributors).
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers.
• Collaborate with production and logistics for timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring profitability.
• Prepare sales reports and performance analyses.
• Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field (Master’s an advantage).
• 7 years of experience, with at least 4 in a managerial role.
• Experience in furniture, manufacturing, construction, or FMCG preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
