Job Description:
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of training programs, workshops, and conferences.
- Maintain accurate records of participants, members, and program schedules.
- Handle basic administrative duties such as correspondence, documentation, and filing.
- Liaise with vendors, facilitators, and service providers as directed.
- Support logistics for events including venue setup, attendee management, and materials preparation.
- Provide timely reports to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure smooth internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must reside in Ogudu or nearby environs (strict requirement).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years experience in operations, admin, or event coordination is an advantage.
