Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Farm Manager to anchor the operational engine of our livestock facility. In the specialized landscape of commercial agriculture where success is measured by the optimization of feed-to-yield ratios success is defined by "Biological Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize livestock health with the clinical precision required for Operations Planning, Cost Control, and Productivity Improvement. This role is designed for an "Agronomic Architect" with a Degree in Agricultural Economics who can blend "Field Grit" (managing daily livestock operations) with the "Strategic Agility" required to engineer high-yield production cycles.
Requirements:
1. Economic Orchestration & Planning Governance
Planning Sovereignty: Develop and oversee annual operations plans with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Farm Strategy."
Cost Architecture: Implement rigorous cost-control measures across feed, veterinary, and labor inputs, providing the "Structural Foundation" for profitability.
Integrity Stewardship: Monitor livestock productivity levels, ensuring the "Source of Yield Accuracy" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Livestock Logic
Operations Sovereignty: Manage the day-to-day activities of the livestock facility, acting as the primary "Source of Biological Security."
Yield Architecture: Optimize breeding and growth cycles to ensure consistent output, providing the "Functional Foundation" for market supply.
Facility Stewardship: Oversee the maintenance of farm infrastructure and equipment, maintaining the "Source of Operational Readiness."
3. Operational Integrity & Productivity Power
Improvement Sovereignty: Identify and implement productivity enhancement techniques, acting as the primary "Source of Innovation."
Data Architecture: Maintain accurate records of livestock growth, health, and sales, providing the "Relational Foundation" for economic forecasting.
