Job Description:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee crop production activities (planting, weeding, fertilization, harvesting).
• Conduct soil preparation, fertility management, and pest/disease control.
• Monitor crop growth and ensure high yield through best agronomic practices.
• Supervise and train farm workers to implement proper techniques.
• Keep accurate farm records, input usage, and yield reports.
• Introduce improved methods for sustainable farming and productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE / O’Level. Candidates with ND / HND in Crop Production, Agronomy, Crop Protection, Horticulture, or related agricultural courses are strongly encouraged to apply.
• 4 - 6 years hands-on experience in crop production and farm management.
• Good knowledge of crop cycles, irrigation, and modern agricultural practices.
• Strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and readiness to work with minimal supervision.
