Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and meticulously organized Administrator to anchor our daily operations in Lagos. In a demanding corporate landscape, success is defined by "Administrative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume scheduling and mail distribution with the clinical precision required for database management, employee record-keeping, and policy compliance. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with a proven background in administration who can blend "Clerical Grit" (maintaining physical and digital filing systems) with the "Technical Agility" required for expense reporting and travel logistics.
Requirements:
1. Information Architecture & Record Sovereignty
Database Stewardship: Maintain and update internal databases and employee records (both physical and digital) with millimetric precision, ensuring all data is "Audit-Ready."
Filing Governance: Engineering and maintaining a high-fidelity filing system for customer data and external partners, acting as the primary "Source of Truth" for the organization's history.
Document Integrity: Organize, store, and print company documents as needed, ensuring that information flows synchronously through the proper channels.
2. Operational Orchestration & Resource Logic
Workflow Sovereignty: Book meetings, schedule events, and make travel arrangements with a focus on "Zero-Conflict" logistics and executive efficiency.
Supply Stewardship: Manage office stationery and supplies inventory, acting as the "Source of Resource" to ensure the team never faces operational friction.
Fiscal Fidelity: Submit accurate expense reports and manage incoming/outgoing mail, ensuring that the organization's financial and physical communications are handled with high-speed accuracy.
3. Professional Diplomacy & Compliance
Interface Management: Answer and redirect phone calls and handle queries from managers and employees with a professional, "Client-First" demeanor.
Policy Stewardship: Update office policies and ensure strict compliance across all departments, maintaining the brand’s professional standards.
Reporting Excellence: Prepare regular, high-impact reports and presentations that provide management with the data-driven insights needed for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus.
Experience: Proven track record as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a relevant high-stakes operational role.
Technical Mastery: High proficiency with office management tools (MS Office) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
