Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and hands-on Admin Officer to anchor the daily operations of our organization in Lagos. In a demanding commercial environment, success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize facility maintenance and supply chain logistics with the clinical precision required for documentation, record-keeping, and inter-departmental support. This role is designed for an "Administrative Architect" with at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Logistical Grit" (driving and field-based coordination) with the "Technical Agility" required to master Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Requirements:
1. Facility Orchestration & Supply Governance
Infrastructure Sovereignty: Oversee general administrative duties to ensure "Zero-Friction" office operations, managing everything from facility maintenance to high-fidelity equipment care.
Supply Stewardship: Manage office supplies and inventory with millimetric precision, ensuring the organization remains a "Source of Productivity" without resource stockouts.
Environmental Integrity: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment that reflects the organization's core values.
2. Logistical Agility & Documentation Logic
Mobility Sovereignty: Utilize driving skills and a valid license to support staff and management with high-speed logistics and off-site coordination.
Information Architecture: Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping with a "Source of Truth" approach, ensuring data is organized, secure, and instantly retrievable.
Departmental Synergy: Provide general support to all departments as the central "Source of Assistance," ensuring cross-functional workflows are executed without delay.
3. Professional Discipline & Time Governance
Independent Execution: Demonstrate the "Initiative Power" to solve daily operational challenges with minimal supervision.
Communication Power: Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to act as a professional bridge between the Admin team, staff, and external vendors.
Technical Mastery: Leverage Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to maintain high-fidelity administrative records and reports.

Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of robust experience in an Admin Officer role.
Mobility: Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
Location Preference: Must live in Lagos, with a preference for candidates on the Mainland for easy accessibility.
