Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and meticulously organized Medical Records / Administrative Officer to anchor our clinical data engine. In a high-stakes healthcare environment, success is defined by "Information Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume patient record management with the clinical precision required for EMR (Electronic Medical Record) governance, regulatory compliance, and departmental coordination. This role is designed for a "Data Architect" who can blend "Clerical Grit" (filing and retrieving physical records) with the "Technical Agility" required to manage hospital management software and complex patient statistics.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Information Architecture & Record Governance
Record Sovereignty: Maintain accurate, millimetric, and up-to-date patient medical records, acting as the primary "Source of Truth" for clinical decision-making.
Lifecycle Stewardship: Expertly file, retrieve, and manage the transition between physical and electronic health records (EHR/EMR), ensuring "Zero-Loss" data integrity.
Confidentiality Guardrails: Ensure absolute compliance with medical records regulations and data protection laws (e.g., NDPR/HIPAA frameworks), serving as the facility’s "Source of Privacy."
2. Clinical Orchestration & Workflow Logic
Flow Sovereignty: Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient flow with high-speed accuracy to enhance the overall "Patient Experience."
Inter-Departmental Diplomacy: Coordinate synchronously between clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure a "Zero-Friction" operational workflow.
Inquiry Governance: Handle inquiries from patients, medical staff, and external organizations with professional poise and diplomatic clarity.
3. Performance Intelligence & Administrative Grit
