Job Description:
JOB DURATION: 3 MONTHS
Responsibilities
- Manage Office: The person has the responsibility and authority to manage the front office, the office, and office admin activities generally. These will entail: Ensuring that the office is open and cleaned on time. Ensure availability of all staff (including knowledge of the location of staff – including lawyers).
- Dispatch riders will report to you.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings •Zoom • Teams • Physical
- Administrative Support
- Manage internal and external communications
- Procure office supplies
- Provide logistics support, For Guests, For Office, For partners Attend to Administrative roles when required.
Requirements:
- Strong organization and time management.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Mass communication, Human resources etc
- Relevant admin experience.(2-6years)
Salary
