Job Description:
- The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. They assist with clerical tasks, scheduling, communication, and coordination to help management and teams stay organized and productive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as needed.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Support other staff with various administrative tasks.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and professional.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
