This role is designed for a "Strategic Architect" with at least 5 years of experience who can blend "Creative Campaign Engineering" with the "Operational Grit" required to manage nationwide travel, complex vendor relationships, and high-stakes budget allocations.
Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Brand Visibility and Cultural Integration." You will be the primary engine of our field marketing: responsible for developing nationwide activation strategies, managing large-scale festival sponsorships, and translating consumer insights into sales growth. If you possess "Strong Interpersonal Diplomacy," a background in Traditional/Cultural Festivals, and the "Resilience" to manage frequent nationwide travel under demanding operational cycles, we want you to drive our market sovereignty.
Requirements:
1. Cultural Strategy & Activation Engineering
Heritage Integration: Develop and implement brand activation plans specifically tailored to the Culture and Traditional Festivals space to enhance visibility and drive consumer trial.
Campaign Orchestration: Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint delivers an impactful and memorable brand experience.
Micro-Planning: Maintain a rigorous "Micro" planning framework, producing monthly execution strategies that align with the national cultural calendar.
2. Fiscal Stewardship & Vendor Diplomacy
Budget Architecture: Manage the brand activation budget with millimetric precision, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization and a high Return on Investment (ROI) for all sponsorships.
Stakeholder Governance: Build and maintain strategic relationships with external agencies, traditional partners, and cultural stakeholders nationwide to ensure elite execution standards.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate synchronously with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure activations are perfectly aligned with broader commercial objectives.
3. Performance Intelligence & Data Sovereignty
Nationwide Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of all field activities, utilizing "Consumer Insights" to measure effectiveness across different regional demographics.
Insight Engineering: Prepare high-fidelity reports for senior management, providing actionable data to inform future nationwide marketing roadmaps.
Resource Optimization: Continually audit activation performance to identify opportunities for resource optimization and increased engagement velocity.
4. Operational Resilience & Field Leadership
Travel Sovereignty: Lead frequent nationwide travel engagements, managing the logistical challenges of varying terrains and regional operational demands.
Risk Navigation: Proactively manage security concerns and field hazards, ensuring the safety of brand assets and personnel during cultural activations in diverse states.
Agile Execution: Maintain a high-availability mindset, operating within a schedule that includes weekend commitments to match the timing of major traditional festivals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum B.Sc. / HND in Marketing or its equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience, with a proven track record in Nationwide Brand Activation and Cultural Events/Festivals.
Certification: Relevant professional certifications in Marketing or Brand Management.

Cultural Intelligence: Deep awareness of traditional protocols and market nuances across Nigeria.
Analytical Grit: Strong skills in budget management and campaign performance analysis.
