Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic Brand Communications Manager to oversee our high-volume content operations in Lagos. This is an end-to-end content strategy and operations role, not a content creation role. You will manage the content engine for the Darey.io ecosystem, including Darey.io, Xterns.ai, and our founder brand. Your goal is to build, run, and optimize a system that drives growth and learner acquisition through consistent, high-quality content across all platforms.
Requirements:
Strategy & Planning: Own the content strategy, maintain brand voice, and develop monthly calendars aligned with business growth goals.
Content Operations: Plan and execute 3 batch shoot days per month, coordinate production logistics, and oversee the post-production workflow to ensure a minimum output of 80 videos monthly.
Distribution: Manage publishing across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok using GoHighLevel (GHL) and content automations.
Repurposing: Build and manage a repeatable pipeline to turn long-form content into short-form assets (Reels, TikToks, carousels, and graphics).
Team Leadership: Supervise and provide structured feedback to video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to ensure quality and output targets are met.
Performance Analysis: Track KPIs (views, engagement, follower growth), produce monthly reports, and optimize underperforming content with data-driven plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, brand communications, or media operations, specifically with multi-platform content at scale.
Production Knowledge: Strong exposure to video production workflows and high-volume project management.
Skills: Excellent writing, storytelling, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of social media algorithms and content automation tools.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage, coordinate, and lead creative teams.
Context: Familiarity with the African and Nigerian digital audience.
