In the fast-growing pharmaceutical landscape, success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume transaction processing (invoices, payments, and receipts) with the clinical precision required for cost control, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" with an HND/BSc and 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Numerical Grit" (managing accounts payable and receivable) with the "Analytical Agility" required to assist in budget preparation and cash flow monitoring.

Requirements:

1. Transaction Orchestration & Ledger Governance

  • Record Sovereignty: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting reports, ensuring every entry acts as a "Source of Reliability" for the organization.

  • Flow Architecture: Process invoices, payments, and receipts with clinical speed, acting as the primary "Source of Efficiency" for the company’s daily financial cycles.

  • Ledger Stewardship: Maintain high-fidelity accounting ledgers and documentation, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for all periodic financial statements.

2. Liquidity Resilience & Cost Logic

  • Reconciliation Sovereignty: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies with millimetric focus, ensuring the "Source of Truth" for the company’s cash position is never compromised.

  • Cost Architecture: Monitor company expenses and implement proper cost control measures, acting as the primary "Source of Protection" against budget variances.

  • Payable/Receivable Power: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of accounts payable and receivable, maintaining the "Economic Velocity" required for pharmaceutical operations.

3. Reporting Integrity & Compliance Power

  • Reporting Sovereignty: Assist in preparing high-fidelity budgets, financial statements, and cash flow reports to support executive decision-making.

  • Audit Architecture: Provide required financial information and support for audit processes, ensuring the firm remains a "Source of Compliance" with financial regulations.

  • Statutory Logic: Ensure unwavering adherence to tax regulations and company policies, acting as the "Source of Integrity" for all statutory filings.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of robust experience in a similar accounting role.

  • Technical Mastery: High-velocity proficiency in MS Excel and modern accounting software.

  • Operational Sovereignty: Deep understanding of financial regulations; knowledge of tax laws is a significant strategic advantage.

  • Character Integrity: Unwavering honesty and confidentiality in handling high-stakes financial information.
