Job Description:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for the company.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Track income, expenses, and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Handle client invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure timely payment of staff salaries and vendor fees.
• Monitor cash flow and reconcile bank statements regularly.
• Work with management to analyze financial performance and reduce costs.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company financial information.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel, or Sage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make accurate reports. Honest, trustworthy, and discreet with financial information. Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
• Will be required to come to work on-site three times weekly

Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates should possess an HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or any related field with 2-3 years working experience
• ICAN or relevant accounting certification is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or Finance Officer, preferably in a service-based or cleaning company.
