Job Description:
- Overseeand ensure daily reconciliation of sales and deposits.
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records of all station transactions.
- Monitor daily fuel sales, expenses, and stock balances.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage vendor and customer accounts.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
- Ensure prompt remittance of statutory deductions (PAYE, VAT, etc.).
- Support internal audits and compliance checks.
- Recommend cost-saving and operational efficiency measures.
Requirements:
- B.Sc Degree or HND qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years relevant experience (oil & gas, fuel station, or FMCG preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and accountability.
