Job Description:

• Overseeand ensure daily reconciliation of sales and deposits.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records of all station transactions.
• Monitor daily fuel sales, expenses, and stock balances.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage vendor and customer accounts.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
• Ensure prompt remittance of statutory deductions (PAYE, VAT, etc.).
• Support internal audits and compliance checks.
• Recommend cost-saving and operational efficiency measures.

Requirements:

• B.Sc Degree or HND qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years relevant experience (oil & gas, fuel station, or FMCG preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and accountability.
