Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Accountant to anchor the financial engine of our Victoria Island operations. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the reconciliation and the precision of the tax filing success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize day-to-day operations with the clinical precision required for Payroll, Invoicing, and Statutory Compliance. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect", specifically a Chartered Professional (ACA/ACCA/ICAN) with 5 years of experience who can blend "Numerical Grit" (managing payables/receivables) with the "Strategic Agility" required for budgeting and audit preparation.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Operations Governance

• Transaction Sovereignty: Manage daily financial operations, including bookkeeping and payroll, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Accuracy."

• Invoicing Architecture: Oversee the accounts payable and receivable cycle with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for healthy cash flow.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with tax laws and financial standards (IFRS), ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Audit Logic

• Reconciliation Sovereignty: Perform high-fidelity bank reconciliations to resolve discrepancies in real-time, acting as the primary "Source of Data Validation."

• Forecasting Architecture: Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting, providing the "Functional Foundation" for long-term organizational growth.

• Audit Stewardship: Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation for internal and external audits, maintaining the "Source of Operational Transparency."

3. Operational Integrity & Systems Power

• Analytical Sovereignty: Utilize advanced Excel and ERP tools (QuickBooks/Sage/SAP) to generate insights, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Intelligence."

• Tax Architecture: Navigate complex VAT, WHT, and CIT regulations, providing the "Relational Foundation" for seamless government and regulatory liaison.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 5 years of chartered experience to optimize month-end closing cycles, maximizing the "Source of Financial Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Certification: ACA, ACCA, or ICAN qualification is a mandatory requirement.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP and advanced Excel skills.
