Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Finance Intern to anchor the support engine of MT Scape’s treasury and reporting operations. In a specialized fintech landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the settlement and the precision of the liquidity report success is defined by "Financial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multi-currency flows with the clinical precision required for Revenue Tracking, Margin Analysis, and Treasury Controls. This role is designed for an "Aspiring Architect" specifically a Finance, Accounting, or Economics graduate (or current student) with 0–2 years of experience who can blend "Numerical Grit" (mastering daily financial reports and numerical analysis) with the "Technical Agility" required to support complex budgeting and financial modeling.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Reporting Governance

• Reporting Sovereignty: Support the generation of daily and weekly financial reports (revenue, margins, liquidity) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Visibility."

• Treasury Architecture: Assist in monitoring liquidity across various banks, digital wallets, and currencies, providing the "Structural Foundation" for real-time fund availability.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure proper documentation for audits and regulatory compliance, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Proof" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Analytical Logic

• Settlement Sovereignty: Support daily treasury operations, including internal transfers and settlements, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Fluidity."

• Modeling Architecture: Assist with budgeting and basic financial modeling, providing the "Functional Foundation" for future-focused financial planning.

• Control Stewardship: Help maintain strict financial controls and treasury processes, maintaining the "Source of Fiscal Discipline."

3. Operational Integrity & Cross-Functional Power

• Reconciliation Sovereignty: Collaborate with Reconciliation, Compliance, and Engineering teams to resolve data discrepancies, acting as the primary "Source of Systems Alignment."

• Numerical Architecture: Utilize strong analytical and numerical skills to validate transaction accuracy, providing the "Relational Foundation" for trustworthy financial data.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize the 4-day on-site schedule to accelerate the "Insight-to-Report" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Finance Team Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

• Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience or a prior internship in Finance or Fintech is a significant advantage.
