Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Head of Investment Management to anchor the capital engine of the organization. In a specialized financial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the execution and the precision of the exit success is defined by "Investment Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize the full investment lifecycle with the clinical precision required for Origination, Due Diligence, and SPV Structuring. This role is designed for a "Capital Architect" specifically a professional with 10+ years of progressive experience and elite certification (CFA, CPA, or ACA) who can blend "Fiscal Grit" (managing complex SPVs and SPAC-related transactions) with the "Strategic Agility" required to lead investment committees and drive sustainable shareholder value.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Framework Governance

• Sovereignty of Framework: Design and implement a comprehensive investment framework with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Lifecycle Integrity."

• Governance Architecture: Establish clear decision-making structures and governance standards, providing the "Structural Foundation" for institutional transparency.

• Strategic Stewardship: Align all activities with capital allocation priorities and risk-return profiles, ensuring the "Source of Shareholder Value" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Portfolio Logic

• Performance Sovereignty: Develop and implement portfolio management frameworks, acting as the primary "Source of Actionable Insights."

• Structuring Architecture: Lead co-investment initiatives, SPVs, and project structuring, providing the "Functional Foundation" for complex transaction execution.

• Review Stewardship: Conduct rigorous quarterly portfolio reviews against benchmarks, maintaining the "Source of Optimization Logic."

3. Operational Integrity & Risk Power

• Risk Sovereignty: Identify, assess, and mitigate investment risks across the entire portfolio, acting as the primary "Source of Capital Protection."

• Compliance Architecture: Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Risk units, providing the "Relational Foundation" for seamless execution.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 10+ years of progressive asset management expertise to accelerate the "Origination-to-Exit" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Institutional Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics. An MBA is an added advantage.

• Certification: Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACA are highly desirable.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in investment management, private equity, or asset management.

• Track Record: Proven success in origination, execution, portfolio management, and exits.
