Job Description:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the station’s financial records, ensuring accuracy in daily transactions, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilties

• Financial Records: Maintain accurate daily records of sales, expenses, and transactions.
• Sales Reconciliation: Match pump sales with cash/electronic payments and report discrepancies.
• Cash & Expenses: Monitor petty cash, track operational expenses, and prepare summaries.
• Reporting: Produce daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including profit and loss updates.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial controls, support audits, and maintain record integrity.
• Inventory Monitoring: Assist with product stock reconciliation, verify deliveries, and report variances.
• Administrative Support: Maintain documentation, support payroll, and provide financial data for decision‑making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Have 1-3 years proven work experience in the accounting /finance field.
• Must reside around Kurudu/Jikwoyi area.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented and highly driven.
• Proven ability to reconcile complex bank portfolios and financial streams.
