Job Description:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the station’s financial records, ensuring accuracy in daily transactions, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
Key Roles and Responsibilties
- Financial Records: Maintain accurate daily records of sales, expenses, and transactions.
- Sales Reconciliation: Match pump sales with cash/electronic payments and report discrepancies.
- Cash & Expenses: Monitor petty cash, track operational expenses, and prepare summaries.
- Reporting: Produce daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including profit and loss updates.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial controls, support audits, and maintain record integrity.
- Inventory Monitoring: Assist with product stock reconciliation, verify deliveries, and report variances.
- Administrative Support: Maintain documentation, support payroll, and provide financial data for decision‑making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Have 1-3 years proven work experience in the accounting /finance field.
- Must reside around Kurudu/Jikwoyi area.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented and highly driven.
- Proven ability to reconcile complex bank portfolios and financial streams.
Salary
