Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Account Manager to anchor the customer engine of Ericsson. In a specialized telecommunications landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the deployment and the precision of the network architecture success is defined by "Relationship Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize world-class portfolio delivery (RAN, Core Network, BSS/OSS) with the clinical precision required for Strategic Account Planning, Contract Negotiation, and Regulatory Navigation. This role is designed for a "Commercial Architect" who can blend "Technical Grit" (interfacing with domain teams for services costing and technical resolution) with the "Strategic Agility" required to lead RFP responses and navigate NOTAP and CCI approvals.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Strategic Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Interface: Own and manage end-to-end customer relationships as the primary point of contact, acting as the primary "Source of Partnership Integrity."

  • Planning Architecture: Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with both customer objectives and Ericsson's strategy, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable growth.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Lead contract negotiations and ensure profitable deal closures, ensuring the "Source of Commercial Success" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Portfolio Logic

  • Deployment Sovereignty: Lead deals through close interface with GCU and Domain teams for Core, MS, and Antenna opportunities, acting as the primary "Source of Solution Delivery."

  • Regulatory Architecture: Secure NOTAP and CCI approvals while managing LC processes and credit block alignment, providing the "Functional Foundation" for localized operational success.

  • Opportunity Stewardship: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead RFP responses (e.g., Glo engagement), maintaining the "Source of Market Expansion."

3. Operational Integrity & Relationship Power

  • Account Sovereignty: Execute monthly customer governance and monitor satisfaction metrics, acting as the primary "Source of Client Advocacy."

  • CRM Architecture: Manage deals up to date in Salesforce and oversee the PO-to-SO process, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven pipeline management.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize proven telecom expertise to accelerate the "Lead-to-Contract-to-Cash" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Commercial Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Telecommunications.

  • Experience: Proven track record in Account Management or Business Development within the Telecom/Tech sector.

  • Technical Power: Deep understanding of RAN, Core Network, BSS/OSS, and Managed Services.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with NOTAP, CCI, and LC processes specifically within the Nigerian market.

  • Tools: Expert proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
