Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Account Clerk to anchor the financial engine of our operations in Ikeja. In a specialized commercial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the entry and the precision of the record success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily transaction recording with the clinical precision required for Invoice Processing, Ledger Maintenance, and Expense Tracking. This role is designed for a "Systemic Architect", specifically a professional with 3 to 10 years of experience who can blend "Mathematical Grit" (verifying calculations and balancing accounts) with the "Analytical Agility" required to maintain a High-Fidelity Financial Audit Trail.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Entry Governance

• Sovereignty of the Ledger: Maintain accurate daily financial records with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Transactional Truth."

• Documentation Architecture: Sort, code, and enter data into accounting systems, providing the "Structural Foundation" for elite financial reporting.

• Integrity Stewardship: Verify the accuracy of invoices and purchase orders, ensuring the "Source of Fiscal Validity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Reconciliation Logic

• Balanced Sovereignty: Assist in bank reconciliations and account balancing, acting as the primary "Source of Data Consistency."

• Expense Architecture: Track and record petty cash transactions and office expenditures, providing the "Functional Foundation" for liquidity monitoring.

• Record Stewardship: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial vouchers, maintaining the "Source of Evidence-Based Accounting."

3. Operational Integrity & Support Power

• Audit Sovereignty: Provide necessary documentation during internal and external audit cycles, acting as the primary "Source of Compliance Readiness."

• Communication Architecture: Liaise with vendors and clients regarding payment statuses and discrepancies, providing the "Relational Foundation" for friction-free account management.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–10 years of clerical expertise to accelerate the "Transaction-to-Record" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Fiscal Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 3 – 10 years of proven experience in an accounting or clerical support role.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern Accounting Software.

• Location: Must be based in or able to operate from Ikeja, Lagos.

• Salary: ₦150,000 - ₦200,000 monthly.
