Job Description:

We are looking for a data-driven and creative YouTube Channel Growth & Campaign Manager to spearhead the growth, engagement, and advertising strategy for our channels. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in platform analytics with a keen eye for content optimization to drive significant subscriber growth and high-conversion ad campaigns.

Requirements:

1. Channel Management & Subscriber Growth

• Aggressive Growth: Manage and scale our YouTube channels.

• Audience Maintenance: Engage communities to ensure high subscriber retention and brand loyalty.

• Organic Growth Strategy: Implement SEO best practices (keyword-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags).

• Content Scheduling: Maintain a consistent publishing rhythm for long-form content and YouTube Shorts.

• Community Engagement: Actively manage comments, polls, and community tab posts.

2. Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Ad Management: End-to-end setup and management of Pre-roll, Discovery, and Bumper ads.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs including CTR (benchmark 2.5%–8.0%) and Opening-hook effectiveness (targeting 55%+ retention at 30 seconds).

• Budget Efficiency: Optimize bidding strategies to maximize VTR and minimize CPC.

• A/B Testing: Continuously test thumbnails, titles, and CTA variants to maximize click performance.

3. Analytics & Reporting

• Documentation: Maintain rigorous Delivery and Performance Logs.

• Insight Generation: Provide weekly snapshots and monthly deep-dive reports with proactive optimization strategies.

• Retention Analysis: Analyze audience drop-off points to provide actionable feedback for the production team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree.

• Experience: 3+ years in a relevant role.

• Platform Mastery: Advanced proficiency in YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, and Google Ads Manager.

• Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable creative briefs.

• Growth Mindset: A demonstrable track record of scaling organic reach.

• Creative Intuition: Expertise in identifying "punchy" thumbnails and high-retention hooks.

• Discipline: High level of reporting discipline and reliability.
