FactBase Consulting Limited - Our client, a reputable organisation based on Lagos Island specialising in the procurement, distribution and promotion of literary materials and serving a diverse retail and wholesale customer base across Nigeria and some neighbouring African countries.

Job Description:

• Lead the organisation's retail operations and social media activities by driving in-store sales and customer experience, managing retail staff and inventory, developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, growing brand visibility and online engagement; ensuring the seamless integration of retail and marketing initiatives to achieve business growth and profitability.

Major Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Comm., or any related field.
• Minimum of three years' relevant experience in retail management, with hands-on exposure to social media marketing and digital brand management.
• Experience in publishing, books/ educational materials marketing or consumer goods retail will be an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, content creation tools and basic analytics, with excellent leadership, communication and brand management skills.
