We are seeking a technically elite, automation-obsessed, and structurally rigorous Web Developer to anchor the data-gathering immune system and ingestion engine of our organization. In a high-velocity digital landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of information throughput and the precision of the data-filtering architecture success is defined by "Data-Acquisition Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex scraping techniques with the clinical precision required for API-Integration Architecture, Scalable-Workflow Governance, and Pipeline-Reliability Stewardship. This role is designed as an "Intelligence Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious software engineer who can blend "Programming Grit" (mastering the complexities of DOM navigation, session management, and rate-limiting) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Automation Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Acquisition Sovereignty & Extraction Architecture

• Sovereignty of the Data: Build and maintain high-efficiency scraping tools to extract data from structured and unstructured platforms, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Intelligence Throughput."

• Extraction Architecture: Implement robust scraping logic (BeautifulSoup/Scrapy/Selenium), providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless large-scale data gathering.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% accuracy and completeness of collected data, ensuring the "Source of Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Connectivity Governance & Pipeline Logic

• Connectivity Sovereignty: Build and integrate APIs for system connectivity and data flow, acting as the primary "Source of System-Integration Momentum."

• Workflow Architecture: Design automated workflows for processing and integration, providing the "Functional Foundation" for internal tool-synchronization.

• Database Stewardship: Manage the flow of scraped data into internal platforms, maintaining the "Source of Operational-Readiness."

3. Operational Reliability & System Power

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline or extraction issues in real-time, acting as the primary "Source of Workflow-Stability."

• Scalability Architecture: Optimize existing systems for performance and efficiency, providing the "Relational Foundation" for long-term technical growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Technical Power: Strong proficiency in Python (primary); expertise in scraping frameworks (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium); deep understanding of API development, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and data-cleaning processes.
