Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Web Designer & Developer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in translating our brand vision into innovative, high-performing websites. The ideal candidate blends artistic design sensibilities with robust front-end development skills to build user-centric digital experiences that drive business growth and user engagement.

Requirements:

• Web Design & UX/UI: Conceptualize and execute visually stunning, responsive website designs that deliver a seamless user experience across all devices (mobile, tablet, and desktop).

• Front-End Development: Architect, implement, and customize web interfaces using modern HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive mockups, and prototypes to clearly communicate design intent to stakeholders and project managers.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to define project requirements, ensure design alignment, and deliver solutions on time.

• Optimization & Performance: Maintain websites with a focus on fast load speeds, scalability, and on-page SEO best practices to maximize search engine rankings.

• Innovation: Stay current with emerging web design trends, UI/UX methodologies, and development frameworks to keep our digital presence ahead of the curve.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in Web Design and Development (include number of years, e.g., 3+ years).

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with [insert relevant CMS or frameworks, e.g., WordPress, React, Webflow] is a plus.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design styles, user-centric layouts, and clean code implementation.

• SEO & Analytics: Demonstrated knowledge of SEO principles and the ability to interpret web analytics to optimize site performance.

• Project Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
