M+Azeezco International Limited is a Farm produce Export and Logistic company who have been in existence for over 25 years. We operate from Lagos state Nigeria and we export produce like cocoa bean, Cashew nuts, sesame seeds and soya bean across the globe

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are a renowned Farm produce Export and Warehousing company that deals in coco beans, cashew nuts and soya bean processing, storage and export.
• We are currently seeking an experienced Export Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in our warehouse.
• The ideal candidate will ensure high product quality, efficient warehouse workflow, accurate inventory, and timely global shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, cleaning, grading, drying, bagging, storage, and dispatch of cocoa and cashew products.
• Implement and maintain proper warehouse layout, storage conditions, and workflow to reduce losses and contamination.
• Ensure product quality meets international export standards (moisture, grading, defect checks).
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, warehouse efficiency, product quality,and stock counts.
• Coordinate offloading,loading and container stuffing for export shipments in line with customer requirements and port schedules.
• Oversee provision of proper export documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders and inspection agencies.
• Lead and train warehouse staff; enforce safety and food-handling procedures.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with HACCP/GMP/ISO standards.
• Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements.
• Develop SOPs, work schedules, and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 -7 years’ experience and understanding of commodity handling, grading and commodity standards in warehouse or commodity export operations (cocoa or cashew preferred).
• knowledge of export procedures and quality control/inspection standards.
• Excellent leadership, organization, people management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with inventory/warehouse management systems.
• Must be disciplined and able to in stil compliance in others
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
• Should be able to mobilize labourers through contractors and manage them
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
