Job Description:
- Monitor delivery officers throughout their assigned trips to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Assist in tracking truck movements using GPS and fleet management systems.
- Support the resolution of delivery delays, route deviations, and operational disruptions.
- Liaise with delivery officers to obtain real-time updates on delivery progress.
- Monitor turnaround times and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the preparation of daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards.
- Record trip data accurately for performance analysis and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND with a minimum in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years post-graduation experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- NYSC completion certificate (or exemption)
