Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Videographer / Photographer to anchor our visual identity in Abuja. In the hospitality and lifestyle sector, success is defined by "The Vibe", the ability to capture authentic, non-staged moments that evoke emotion and drive luxury engagement. This role is designed for a "Visual Architect" who can blend high-end cinematography with the "Post-Production Grit" required to master Adobe Creative Cloud, Cinema 4D, and advanced color grading.

Your mission is to ensure "Cinematic Excellence and Authentic Brand Narrative." You will be the primary steward of our digital imagery: responsible for capturing real-time service hours with eye-catching angles and editing them into concise, visually-pleasing stories for online and print publishing. If you possess a "Strong Artistic Flair," a focus on over-delivering quality, and a deep understanding of the hospitality lifestyle, we want you to lead our creative excellence.

Requirements:

1. Narrative Cinematography & Action Capture

• Dynamic Motion Pictures: Capture high-quality video and photos of people, places, and services, focusing on "candid" and "lifestyle" shots that avoid a staged appearance.

• Angle Innovation: Utilize technical abilities in photographic equipment to discover eye-catching and unconventional angles that elevate the brand's visual standard.

• Real-Time Documentation: Operate with agility during peak service hours to document customer experiences without disrupting the flow of business.

2. Post-Production & Visual Manipulation

• Story-Driven Editing: Transform raw footage into concise, high-impact videos that tell a clear brand story using industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Cinema 4D.

• Advanced Retouching: Utilize Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One to manipulate and enhance photos, ensuring every image maintains a professional and luxurious aesthetic.

• Technical Quality Control: Manage the full production process, ensuring all files are optimized for both high-resolution printing and various online publishing platforms.

3. Creative Strategy & Collaboration

• Solution Architecture: Proactively recommend creative ideas and visual solutions to help the organization achieve specific marketing and branding goals.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain a professional image and conduct at all times, serving as a creative representative of the organization during shoots.

• Time & Project Governance: Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines without compromising on artistic quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Proven professional shooting experience, preferably within the Hospitality or Lifestyle sectors.

• Software Mastery: Expert-level computer skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom), Cinema 4D, and Capture One.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the production process for online publishing and various professional printing applications.
