Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and technically versatile Videographer & Drone Pilot to anchor our production team in Lagos. In the high-stakes world of live events and brand storytelling, success is defined by "Perspective Sovereignty",the ability to harmonize ground-level cinematic intimacy with the expansive narrative power of aerial footage. This role is designed for a "Visual Architect" with at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Technical Rigor" (handling DSLRs, drones, and stabilizers) with the "Storytelling Agility" required to deliver professional-grade content for concerts, studio sessions, and corporate clients.
Requirements:
1. Multi-Dimensional Capture & Aerial Integration
Aerial Cinematography: Operate drone systems to capture high-fidelity aerial photos and videos for events and large-scale concerts, providing unique perspectives that elevate production value.
Ground-Level Mastery: Shoot professional-grade video and photography for studio sessions and live clients, utilizing DSLR/Mirrorless systems and advanced stabilizers (gimbals).
Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) Logic: Capture high-impact BTS footage and key highlight moments that serve as the "Source of Truth" for brand storytelling and digital marketing.
2. Post-Production & Technical Governance
Edit-to-Delivery Velocity: Edit short-form and long-form content with professional precision using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut Pro, ensuring alignment with client brand identities.
Aesthetic Stewardship: Apply basic color grading and high-fidelity photo editing (Lightroom) to ensure all deliverables meet premium industry standards.
Technical Rigging: Masterfully operate studio and event lighting, audio gear, and rigging setups to ensure "Zero-Error" capture in challenging, low-light event environments.
3. Equipment & Project Sovereignty
Asset Maintenance: Maintain, organize, and handle expensive camera and drone equipment safely, ensuring everything is audit-ready for every shoot.
Collaborative Synergy: Work synchronously with the creative and production teams during pre-production and live shoots to ensure the director's vision is executed flawlessly.
Live Adaptability: Demonstrate rapid-response problem-solving during live events, adjusting settings and gear on the fly to meet shifting lighting and environmental conditions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of robust experience shooting events, concerts, or brand content.
Technical Mastery: Strong handling of Drones, DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, stabilizers, and studio lighting.
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut Pro, and Lightroom. Motion graphics skills are a significant advantage.
