We are seeking a visionary UI/UX Product Designer who understands that great design is about solving problems, not just aesthetics. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design lifecycle transforming raw user insights into high-fidelity, interactive digital experiences. You will be a strategic partner to our Product and Engineering teams, ensuring that every feature we ship is intuitive, accessible, and drives measurable impact.

The ideal candidate is a "full-stack" designer who is as comfortable conducting deep-dive user interviews as they are refining pixel-perfect design systems in Figma.

Requirements:

Research & Strategy

• User Discovery: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover pain points and validate design hypotheses before a single pixel is drawn.

• Experience Architecture: Translate complex functional requirements into clear user flows, journey maps, and low-fidelity wireframes that prioritize the user's path to success.

• Data-Driven Iteration: Analyze product data and user feedback to constantly refine the interface and remove friction from the user experience.

Execution & Visual Excellence

• High-Fidelity Design: Develop stunning mockups and interactive prototypes with a masterful command of typography, color theory, and spatial layout.

• Design System Governance: Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure a unified visual language across Web, iOS, and Android platforms.

• Prototyping: Create realistic, interactive prototypes using Figma, Framer, or Protopie to communicate motion and complex interactions to stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Engineering Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with developers during the handoff process, providing clear documentation and assets to ensure designs are implemented with 1:1 accuracy.

• Stakeholder Communication: Clearly articulate the "why" behind your design choices, balancing user needs with technical constraints and business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, preferably within a fast-paced tech startup or agency.

  • A proven track record of solving complex functional problems through digital interfaces.

• Technical Mastery:

  • Expert-level Figma skills (required).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and advanced prototyping tools (Framer, Protopie).

  • Bonus: A basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS to better collaborate with front-end engineers.

• Core Competencies:

  • User-First Mentality: Deep knowledge of UX laws and WCAG accessibility standards.

  • Portfolio Excellence: A portfolio that demonstrates not just finished screens, but the research and thinking process that led to them.
