Job Description:

We are a fast-growing technology startup seeking a talented UI/UX Graphic Designer to help shape engaging digital experiences and elevate our brand presence across web and mobile platforms. Requirements:

• UI Design: Craft intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• UX Strategy: Conduct user research and translate data-driven insights into user-centered designs.

• End-to-End Design: Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Design Systems: Develop and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams to bridge the gap between design and development.

• Digital Asset Creation: Produce high-impact digital assets for websites, social media, presentations, email campaigns, and product launches.

• Brand Consistency: Maintain a unified visual language and branding across all digital touchpoints.

• Optimization: Conduct usability testing, analyze user behavior, and iterate based on feedback to improve conversion and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or HND in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional UI/UX and graphic design experience.

• Portfolio: Strong, verifiable portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes, UI/UX problem-solving, and measurable business impact.

• Domain Expertise: Proven experience designing for SaaS, web, mobile, or enterprise applications.

• Core Principles: Deep understanding of accessibility (WCAG), usability, and responsive design.
