Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and data-driven UX/UI Designer to join our team. We are on a mission to revolutionize the Nigerian healthcare landscape by building intuitive, accessible, and high-impact digital products. Requirements:
User-Centered Design: Design seamless, intuitive experiences that address the specific needs of end-users within the healthcare sector.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with developers, product managers, and healthcare subject matter experts to translate complex requirements into actionable design solutions.
Prototyping & Iteration: Build wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Iterate rapidly based on usability testing and stakeholder feedback.
Research & Data Analysis: Lead user research efforts, including interviews, surveys, and formal usability testing, to drive data-informed design decisions.
Visual Craft: Create visually compelling and consistent interfaces that align with established design systems and brand identity.
Accessibility: Champion inclusive design principles to ensure our healthcare platforms are accessible to users of all abilities.
Continuous Improvement: Stay at the forefront of UX/UI industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our products competitive and effective.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in UI/UX design.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
Design Documentation: Proficient in creating comprehensive UX documentation, including user stories, personas, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, icons, and storyboards.
Market Insight: A deep understanding of the Nigerian healthcare ecosystem and the specific challenges/opportunities for digital health products in this market.
Research Expertise: Proven ability to plan and execute user testing and surveys.
