Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite UI/UX Designer to anchor the digital engine of our product team. In a specialized tech landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the sprint and the precision of the handoff success is defined by "Product Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize user needs with the clinical precision required for Wireframing, Prototyping, and Design System Maintenance. This role is designed for a "Digital Architect", specifically a professional with 2 to 4 years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (creating high-fidelity designs in Figma) with the "Operational Agility" required to coordinate project timelines and facilitate communication across engineering and business teams.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Design Governance

• Experience Sovereignty: Translate business requirements into intuitive web and mobile interfaces with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of User-Centric Logic."

• System Architecture: Maintain and scale design systems, providing the "Structural Foundation" for visual consistency and developer efficiency.

• Integrity Stewardship: Conduct user research and usability testing, ensuring the "Source of Design Validation" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Prototyping Logic

• Interactive Sovereignty: Create low-to-high fidelity prototypes and wireframes, acting as the primary "Source of Product Visualization."

• Workflow Architecture: Document requirements and user workflows, providing the "Functional Foundation" for engineering implementation.

• Research Stewardship: Identify user pain points and recommend structural modifications, maintaining the "Source of Product Evolution."

3. Operational Integrity & Coordination Power

• Timeline Sovereignty: Track project deliverables and milestones, acting as the primary "Source of Execution Velocity."

• Communication Architecture: Facilitate high-speed communication between cross-functional teams, providing the "Relational Foundation" for Agile alignment.
