VAC provides processing of very personal information, in a very secure manner through our proprietary Visa Help Center Platform. Our service offerings serve mid- to high-end Nigerian travelers and include a wide range of offerings from personal in their office service, to online form-filling – focused around obtaining travel visas to multiple destinations. If we don’t provide it, we will help our clients find it.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• A visa consultant guides clients through international travel, work, or immigration processes by assessing eligibility, preparing documentation, and liaising with embassies.
• They ensure compliance with immigration laws, monitor application statuses, and offer expert advice to minimize rejection risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising Clients:Assessing eligibility for different visa types (work, study, tourist) and providing tailored guidance.
• Documentation Management:Assisting with filling out applications, collecting documents, and verifying accuracy to meet embassy standards.
• Liaison & Scheduling:Communicating with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers to book appointments and follow up on applications.
• Process Updates:Monitoring changing immigration laws and travel restrictions to provide up-to-date advice.
• Client Support:Maintaining confidentiality, handling queries, and guiding clients through interview preparation.
• Follow-Up: Until a satisfactory support and feedback is received from the customer, the job is not done

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Regulations: Deep understanding of immigration policies and visa procedures.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and authorities.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in checking documents to prevent rejections.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
• Amadeus Knowledge is an added advantage.
• Interpersonal Skills:Empathy and patience when dealing with clients.
